Proposal for the General and Operations managers at The Westin Copley Hotel in Boston, MA.. This proposal was to give possible input how to improve employee relations, overall employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency for this convention hotel. The emphasis was on cross-departmental understanding and the overall notion of putting a greater value and return on Human Capital.
